Pros at work

Last Sunday morning my vehicle was rear-ended at Germantown Parkway and Cordova Road. The motorcycle officer that arrived to investigate the accident was J. Jordan. He showed very strong professional manners, treated my wife and myself with dignity and respect, and has restored my faith in the Memphis Police Department.

I also want to thank the woman at the records office at 201 Poplar who took my phone request for a copy of the accident report. She handled the matter in three minutes and got the report e-mailed to me in 10 minutes.
