The Memphis baseball club was formally disbanded yesterday and all players released, according to Jules Rozier, head of the sponsors. He estimated expenses at $100 per day but admitted that much money was wasted in mismanagement, paying excessive advance money to good players and keeping a salary list in excess of the club’s needs.
