Real Estate Road Show returns

The Shelby County Trustee will begin the second year of the Real Estate Road Show on Wednesday, resuming a roving event that informs the public about buying property through the county’s tax sale and the land bank.

The road show will be held at the Hickory Hill Community Center, 3910 Ridgeway Road, and will be presented in English and Spanish.

The shows have been presented to groups across the county that include Realtors, real estate attorneys, nonprofit agencies and neighborhood redevelopment organizations.

Registration begins at 5:30 p.m. A 90-minute program starts at 6 p.m. Light snacks are provided. The event is free, but space is limited and attendees are asked to preregister at shelbycountytrustee.com.
