John and Mack Rust are ready to organize the Rust Foundation, through which they propose to apply a large part of their share in the proceeds from their invention, the Rust cotton picker, to the uplift of Southern workers. Under their plan the brothers-inventors will fix a ceiling on their own incomes from the picker at 10 times that of the lowest paid employee.
