Financing approved

The Memphis office of Financial Federal Bank has arranged $18 million in financing for the purchase of an apartment complex in Alabama and a $20 million refinancing deal for a hotel in Nashville.

The Memphis bank said the 533-bed Campus Quarters Apartments in Mobile, Alabama, is one block from the University of South Alabama campus. The 123-room Courtyard by Marriott is in Green Hills section of Nashville.

Rick Wood and Jon Van Hoozer of Financial Federal arranged both deals.
