C’ville center sold

South Carolina-based Ziff Properties has acquired The Shops of Collierville, a 60,000-square-foot retail center, the company said Monday.

Ziff paid $7.4 million for the shopping center whose tenants include Starbucks, Medpost Urgent Care, Back Yard Burgers, Pizza Hut, Baskin Robbins and The UPS Store. The property is in the 800 block of West Poplar.
