SPINACH PEAR GINGER SMOOTHIE

Makes about 2 cups, for 2 small servings, or 1 bigger one.

INGREDIENT­S

1 cup pear juice 1 cup baby spinach, loosely packed 1 1-inch chunk ginger, peeled, cut into about 8 smaller pieces ½-1 medium mango, peeled and cut into chunks 6 ice cubes

DIRECTIONS

1 Put all ingredient­s into a blender. Process until smooth. Serve immediatel­y. Per 1 cup serving: 117 calories, 0 g fat, 0 g saturated fat, 0 mg cholestero­l, 29 g carbohydra­tes, 2 gmfiber, 1 g protein, 18 mg sodium.
