Bass Pro released a schedule of events planned for the October expo:

Premium seminars, classes and demonstrations featuring outdoors celebrities, pro hunters and worldrenowned scientists (Hunting: Oct. 16-18, Waterfowl: Oct. 23-25).

Big Cypress National Duck Calling Championship with expert callers from across the country competing for the largest prize pool ever assembled, on Oct. 24. Sales of waterfowl and hunting gear including truckloads of ammunition.

University of Memphis and Ole Miss pep rally on Oct. 16. The teams are scheduled to compete the next day at Liberty Bowl Memorial Stadium.

Super Retriever Series for sporting dogs in a pool-diving competition plus dog-training demonstrations on Oct. 17-18.

Coca-Cola Taste of Memphis with fare from Memphis restaurants Oct. 17-18.

Monster Energy Supercross Show for motocross riders Oct. 21.

Duck Dash 5K Fun Run/Walk begins and ends at The Pyramid on Oct. 24. Free live concerts on Oct. 20-22. Free Saturday Night Celebration Concert at the NRA Country Stage on Oct. 24. Moon Pie eating contest Oct. 24. Kids Outdoor Day includes a catch-and-release pond, BB gun range, archery range and seminars on Oct. 25.
