Act of terror

The tragedy of the mass killings in Orlando, Florida, was an act of radical Islamic terrorism by Omar Mateen, dedicated Muslim and son of an Afghan immigrant. The response from Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump will be vastly different. Clinton will use the issue to proclaim the need for more gun control, gay rights and will probably not even call it an act of terrorism.

Trump will no doubt use his hard line approach for the need to battle terrorism at home and abroad, drawing the ire of left-wing journalists and Democratic pundits.
