Arlington

Come hear some Music on the Square the third Saturday of every month, from 7-10 p.m., on Depot Square. The Town of Arlington’s annual series continues to offer live music and fun through October.

The Arlington Garden Club meets the third Tuesday of each month at the Arlington Senior Center, 6265 Chester. Featuring speakers on a variety of gardenrela­ted topics, including flowering perennials, shrubbery and tree planting. Davies Manor Plantation, 3570 Davieshire Drive, will host a challenge quilt workshop Sunday, from 1-4 p.m. Participan­ts can bring quilts to work on and get advice. The Women Can – Women Do event will be Aug. 18 at The Esplanade, 901 Cordova Station.
