Prince Charles to walk Meghan Markle down the aisle to Harry
The future king of England will walk Meghan Markle down the aisle when she marries his son Prince Harry – a gesture of welcome to the American actress as she joins the royal family at Saturday’s ceremony.
Kensington Palace said Friday that Markle asked the heir to the British throne to offer a supporting elbow at the wedding in St. George’s Chapel after Markle’s father was unable to attend due to illness. Prince Charles “is pleased to be able to welcome Ms. Markle to the Royal Family in this way,” the palace said.
50 Cent sued over revenge porn accusations by Teairra Mari
Teairra Mari, star of the VH1 reality show “Love and Hip Hop: Hollywood,” filed a lawsuit Friday against her former boyfriend and rapper 50 Cent, TMZ and other media outlets reported. The singer alleges she broke up with actor Akbar AbdulAhad, who was cheating on her, and he responded by posting a “sex tape and an obscene photo” of her, USA TODAY reported Thursday.
“He had my Instagram password so he posted (the video and the photo) on my Instagram to make me look terrible,” Mari said at a news conference Thursday. “Of course, I was horrified.”
Mari claims her ex’s “good friend” 50 Cent then posted a sexually explicit photo of her on his account, which has more than 18 million followers. —From wire reports
