Calendar features horticultural articles, listings of all public horticultural events with contact information as well as a monthly “To Do” feature outlining planting, lawn care, pruning, fertilization and general tips to help organize gardening tasks. Dec. 8: Herbal Work Study: Seeds: 8:15-11:30 a.m. at Memphis Botanic Garden. Three hours spent cleaning seeds. Normally we would have a separate time for instruction, but instruction will be built into the entire three hours for this event. Learn about seed saving and packaging with a good smattering of herb information.
