Man who killed California officer complained of ultrasonic waves
DAVIS, Calif. – Among items found at the home of Kevin Limbaugh, who killed rookie police officer Natalie Corona, were two unregistered guns and a letter claiming police had been bombarding him with ultrasonic waves.
Limbaugh wrote police targeted him with ultrasonic waves for years, saying “I can’t live this way anymore.”
The 22-year-old officer was slain as she investigated a car crash Thursday.
