The Peabody opened, it’s made from gin, lemon juice, sugar and carbonated water.
The Peabody has teamed up with Meddlesome Brewing Company to create three seasonal anniversary beers. The initial selection is named for The Peabody’s most famous residents — Peabody Meddling Duck craft beer.
Finally, for the wine lovers, Bliss Family Vineyards has bottled a Peabody Sesquicentennial Wine, available as rose, chardonnay and pinot noir. Commemorative bottles of Dom Perignon with a 150th logo printed on a collectible box are also available.
Food and wine events are also scheduled, including a 150th Anniversary Party and Grand Dinner on Sept. 5 and the 150th Anniversary Jack Daniel’s Tasting & Dinner on Nov. 7.
