Corky’s named among best BBQ chains in US
Corky’s Ribs and BBQ was named among the top 11 barbecue chains in the U.S. by Thrillist on Wednesday.
Corky’s, which also has locations in Arkansas and Texas, first opened in 1984 on Poplar Avenue in East Memphis. It has since expanded to four fullservice restaurants in the Memphis area and two venues inside Memphis Kroger groceries.
Last year, the restaurant expanded across the Southeast with 15 more restaurants.
