Here’s a look at promotions, hirings and other noteworthy business events in the Memphis area:
Linda Waldon and Stephanie Richer joined Financial Federal Bank’s new treasury management department as vice presidents.
The Butler Snow law practice expanded its presence in Memphis with the addition of Douglas M. Weissinger to its operations. His practice is with the finance, real estate and restructuring group. He’s a member of the Mississippi Bar, the State Bar of Texas, the Austin Bar Association, the Austin Young Lawyers Association, the Independent Bankers Association of Texas, the Mississippi Bankers Association and the Texas Bankers Association. He received his juris doctor from The University of Texas School of Law.
Architectural, planning and interior design firm Looney Ricks Kiss added nine new employees to its staff including five to its Memphis office. In Memphis are architect Adrienne Bodeen, project manager Rogean Cadieux-smith, architectural designer Katie Hunt, accountant Todd Nations and construction administrator Stewart Wild.
The American Advertising Federation honored Memphis-based creative communications consulting firm DCA with a silver and five gold National ADDY awards for exceptional branding and marketing of DCA’S headquarters at 11 West Huling and The Residence next-door.
