Dancing With the Stars
Disney+, 8 p.m. h Live h Season Premiere Season 31 of Dancing With the Stars begins tonight, moving from its longtime broadcaster ABC to its new exclusive home on Disney+, becoming the streamer’s first live series. Tyra Banks returns for her third year as host, joined by new cohost Alfonso Ribeiro, who was the Season 19 champion. This season’s celebrity dancers include Joseph Baena, Selma Blair, Wayne Brady, Charlie D’amelio, Heidi D’amelio, Jessie James Decker, Teresa Giudice, Cheryl Ladd, Jason Lewis, Shangela, Jordin Sparks and Gabby Windey.

When a blimp suffers mechanical failure and its engine catches fire, Athena (Angela Bassett) and the 118 must rescue victims both inside and outside a packed sports stadium in the Season 6 premiere “Let the Games Begin.”

The hit singing competition series returns for its 22nd cycle, with Gwen Stefani returning as a judge, along with newcomer Camila Cabello. Two-hour episodes air Mondays; follow-ups air Tuesdays beginning tomorrow.
Bob Hearts Abishola
CBS, 8:30 p.m. h Season Premiere Abishola (Folake Olowofoyeku) and Kemi (Gina Yashere) hatch a plan to keep Ebun (guest star Saidah Arrika Ekulona) and Pastor Falade’s (guest star Jonathan Adams) flirtation from growing in the Season 4 premiere “Touched by a Holy Hand.”
NCIS
CBS, 9 p.m. h Season Premiere Season 20 of NCIS premieres tonight with a crossover event. Special Agent Alden Parker (Gary Cole) is still on the run with his ex-wife, so the team gets help to investigate Parker’s past.
The Cleaning Lady

The crime drama begins with “Sins of the Father,” in which Thony (Élodie Yung) is trying to find her son after he was kidnapped by his father.
NCIS: Hawai‘i
CBS, 10 p.m. h Season Premiere Tonight’s NCIS crossover event concludes with the “Prisoners’ Dilemma,” in which Special Agent Jane Tennant (Vanessa Lachey) learn about plans for an attack on a major international maritime warfare exercise.
Quantum Leap
NBC, 10 p.m. h New Series
NBC revives its 1989-93 sci-fi series in this drama set 30 years after Dr. Sam Beckett walked into his time-travel machine and disappeared. A new team led by physicist Dr. Ben Song (Raymond Lee) and career military man Herbert “Magic” Williams (Ernie Hudson) restarts the Quantum Leap program, hoping to unravel the mysteries behind the accelerator and its creator. But an unauthorized leap sends Song himself jumping into different people’s lives across time. Will he be lost forever, as Beckett appears to have been?
