These Memphis restaurants are open on Thanksgiving Day
Don’t feel like cooking for Thanksgiving? No worries.
Several Memphis restaurants will be open for the holiday, serving turkey and all the fixin’s. Some will serve à la carte, with others offering special prix-fixe menus or a buffet.
Reservations are encouraged at the majority of these restaurants. Check each restaurant’s website for exact menus and prices.
Here are some of the Memphis-area restaurants that will be open Nov. 23.
Bounty on Broad

Bounty on Broad will offer a special menu for Thanksgiving from noon-6 p.m.
Brickhouse Buffet and Carryout

Brickhouse Buffet and Carryout is planning a special Thanksgiving buffet. The restaurant will be open from 11 a.m.-5 p.m.
The Capital Grille

The Capital Grille will serve a special turkey dinner menu for $50 (children $20) from 11 a.m.-9 p.m. Guests will enjoy a chef-prepared traditional Thanksgiving dinner with an upscale twist, including Slow-roasted Turkey with Brioche Sage Stuffing, French Green Beans with Marcona Almonds, Cranberrypear Chutney and Sam’s Mashed Potatoes. The full à la carte dinner menu will also be available if you’d prefer a steak instead of turkey.
Capriccio Grill

Capriccio Grill at The Peabody hotel will serve a three-course meal complete with a buffet of soups and salads and your choice of entrée from noon-10 p.m. Entrees include such items as Roasted Turkey Breast with traditional sides like Cornbread Dressing and Green Beans Amandine, Apple Glazed Ham and Butternut Squash Risotto. The cost is $80 per person, plus tax and gratuity.
Chez Philippe

Chez Philippe will serve an elegant 4course Thanksgiving dinner created with culinary mastery by Chef Keith Clinton and Executive Pastry Chef Konrad Spitzbart. Dishes include Pan Seared Squab with Truffle Sabayon, Local Carrots and Plum and Tea Brined Heritage Farms Turkey Breast with Smoked Turkey Leg Jus, Roasted Yellow Beets and Marinated Zucchini. Complicated Pilgrim in The Memphian Hotel will serve a three-course prixfixe menu from 11:30 a.m.-3 p.m. by reservation only. Indulge in pimento cheese deviled eggs, classic roasted turkey and fried pies.

The Cupboard Restaurant

The Cupboard Restaurant will be open from 10:30 a.m.-5 p.m. serving its regular menu, as well as turkey and dressing. No reservations are required.
Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar

Fleming’s will be open from 11 a.m.-8 p.m. It will serve a special three-course holiday menu that includes your choice of Herb-roasted Turkey or Filet Mignon. The cost starts at $56 per person. A three-course children’s menu will be offered for $26. The regular à la carte menu will also be available.
Frank Grisanti Italian Restaurant

Frank Grisanti Italian Restaurant is offering a three-course Thanksgiving meal from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. The menu includes Roast Turkey with Giblet Gravy and Cornbread Dressing. Reservations required.
The Guest House at Graceland

The Guest House at Graceland will serve a Thanksgiving buffet in the Grand Ballroom. There are two seatings. The lunch buffet will be served from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. and the dinner from 4-8 p.m. The cost is $65.99 per person.

Paulette’s

Paulette’s is serving a three-course Thanksgiving dinner from 11 a.m.-8 p.m. Entrees range from Traditional Roast Turkey to Gulf Redfish with Crabmeat. Prices range from $55 to $69 per person, depending on entrée selection.
The Peabody Memphis Hotel Thanksgiving Brunch

The Peabody hotel will host a lavish buffet featuring hundreds of items, including hot and cold breakfast dishes, all the traditional Thanksgiving entrees and sides, and a dessert table with dozens of sweets from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. The cost is $103 for adults ($36 for children ages 5-12), plus tax and gratuity. Children 4 and under are free.
Ruth’s Chris Steak House

Ruth’s Chris Steak House will be open from 11 a.m.-8 p.m., serving a chef ’s traditional three-course turkey dinner ($44 per person) as well as its full dinner menu. The is a children’s menu for $17 per child.

Seasons 52 will be offering its normal dinner menu, in addition to special Thanksgiving offers. The restaurant will be open from 11 a.m.-9 p.m.
Terrace at The River Inn

Westy’s

Westy’s will host its annual Thanksgiving Day free dinner for the homeless and hungry from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. The annual event is sponsored by Lindenwood Christian Church and Operation BBQ Relief. Westy’s will open Thanksgiving Day to the general public from 3 p.m.-2 a.m., offering its full menu.
