“We’re thrilled to serve both new and loyal Zaxby’s guests with our first ever Zaxby’s location in the East Memphis neighborhood,” Gattie said in a news release. “With the opening of our 10th store in Shelby County and two more in the planning phase, this marks a significant chapter in our journey.”

The to-go-only location will be equipped with double drive-thru lines for patrons, along with new digital menu boards, a payment window as well as a drive-thru delivery door for quicker pay and pickup. The new Zaxby’s also will have a walk-up window for guests to place takeout orders.
