Raises OK’d for top officials
POTTSTOWN » Schools Superintendent Stephen Rodriguez will stay with Pottstown for another five years thanks to a new contract approved unanimously by the school board.
The contract will raise his salary by 12.5 percent over its course, taking his pay from $199,000 starting July 1 to $229,000 on July 1 of 2025.
But the biggest jump — 8.6 percent — comes this year when his salary will jump nearly $16,000, from $183,178 to $199,000.
