100 Years Ago Dec 28, 1923

Old Time Building – On West Fourth Street Being Razed by Company of Workmen – Was Erected at Least seventy Years Ago and Has Housed Big Businesses – Workmen Are leveling a big building on west 4th Street that has stood on its present site for almost three quarters of a century. (SE corner of 4th and Cleveland) (Later home build and later became Big H Garage) (Now vacant lot again)

Mr. Louis A. Dickman and Mr. George Southerlan­d came here from Sadalia, Missouri, to look after the work of assembling the beautiful furniture that has been purchased by the Minster State Bank.

High Court Allows Review of Township Hospital Case – ReHearing set for Tuesday, Jan 4 on $500,000

Project in Western Auglaize County – The Ohio supreme court has allowed a rehearing in the case in which a Jackson township taxpayer, seeks to set aside a decision of an appellate court upholding legality of a township hospital issue in western Auglaize county.

Minster high school smothered Buckland under an avalanche of field goals last Friday to win 68 – 46. Coach Paul Maltinski used 11 men, giving his reserve squad an opportunit­y for main-go action.
