Motherhood Reclaimed Ministries to hold monthly event Mercer County Fairground­s prepares for new big project

The Mercer County Fairground­s is planning to go forward with The Grand Event Center and Market Hall project, with Tafi Stober having been appointed as Director of Developmen­t.

Having been appointed in January, Stober is eager to help bring the Grand Event Center and Market Hall project into reality. The announceme­nt was made on Jan. 31, with people stating

Motherhood Reclaimed Ministries is hoping to help expectant mothers have the birth they want to have, and support them postpartum as well.

“We’re a non-profit organizati­on. Our mission is to offer holistic informatio­n on topics that we feel are critical to ensuring healthy moms and healthy children,” said the President of Motherhood Reclaimed Ministries Kimberly Oen. The organizati­on she “brings a special energy to the project,” and that she will be bringing a wealth of experience with her.

“I’m humbled, I’m honored, I’m completely amazed and I believe every step of my career has led me to this was started in 2021 after Oen and board members Anne Vasey and Janelle Jones recognized their shared passion.

In order to accomplish this goal, they’ve been holding ‘Moms Who Mingle’ events, where expectant moms, new moms, or moms who are planning for a new child, can get together. The events focus on topics relating to childbirth, newborns, and postpartum care.
