Easter Brunch at Barn 8
WHAT: Let someone else handle the holiday prep this year and hop on over to Barn8 Restaurant & Bourbon Bar for a brunch buffet and a special visit from the Easter Bunny. The menu includes fresh fruit and berries, cheese, assorted muffins, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, bacon and sausage patties, French toast casserole, hashbrown casserole, greens, and radish salad, seared salmon with potatoes and green beans, roasted vegetables, fried chicken tenders, beef and au jus, omelet stations, and desserts.

Bonefish Grill’s Easter Brunch
WHAT: Enjoy Bonefish’s savory brunch selections that include Grand Marnier French toast served with fresh whipped cream, strawberries, and maple syrup; caprese frittata, an egg souffle with roasted tomatoes and mozzarella fondue, with fresh basil and pesto; strawberry upside down “pan cake”, strawberry sheet pancake baked gold golden brown topped with fresh strawberries, fresh whipped cream and powdered sugar and maple syrup; bacon and cheddar frittata, an egg souffle topped with melted cheddar cheese and crispy bacon pieces; and crab and fontina cheese frittata, an egg souffle topped with creamy fontina cheese and lump crab meat.
