The City of Saint Marys Police Department reports charging Codey A. Colson, 28, of Saint Marys, with one misdemeanor count for attempted theft by unlawful taking or disposition, one summary county for trespass by motor vehicle, and one summary count for a traffic-related offense. Charges stem from an incident which occurred on Dec. 26, 2021 at 10:50 a.m. at ShalePro Energy Services, 141 Carbon St., St. Marys.

Drug abuse violations

The City of Saint Marys Police Department reports charging John D. Ward, 54, of DuBois, with three misdemeanor counts for the possession of methamphetamine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and two summary counts for traffic-related offenses. Charges stem from an incident which occurred on Feb. 5, 2022 at 2:15 a.m. at First Commonwealth Bank, 108 E. Mill St., in St. Marys.
