Women On The Rise Spotlight Speaker: Dr. Josie Badger
Women Empowering Women Personal and Professional Development is proud to introduce Dr. Josie Badger. Dr. Badger will be leading the interactive breakout session “Building Your Personal Brand: Being An Authentic Leader”.
“Unfortunately, “being professional” suggests that you should check your identity at the door. The identity you leave behind is often the best part of you,” said Dr. Badger. “Your weaknesses, apprehensions, and what others may perceive as faults, are what make you who you are. Overcoming these adversities create opportunities for you to grow and become your best self. Great leaders are those that utilize their life experiences to make a difference.”
Dr. Josie Badger received her Bachelor’s degree from Geneva College in Disability Law and Advocacy, a Master’s from the University of Pittsburgh in Rehabilitation Counseling, and a Doctorate from Duquesne University
