Team scores unknown for meet between St. Marys, DuBois

Multiple attempts to obtain the team scores for Tuesday afternoon’s varsity track and field meet at St. Marys Area High School between the SMA teams and squads from DuBois Area were unsuccessful. St. Marys Area has not been including team scores with their meet results on the MileSplit website and has not provided them upon request. Team scores for this week’s Elk County varsity and junior high meets, which were held at St. Marys Area, have also not been made available on MileSplit.

The Lady Dutch won one track event and three field events in Tuesday’s meet against DuBois Area.

Zahra Baluch won the girls’ 200 meter dash in 27.58 seconds.

Rylee Nicklas swept all three of the girls’ throwing events. Nicklas won the girls’ shot put with a throw of 34’8”, the girls’ discus with a throw of 120’6”, and the girls’ javelin with a throw of 116’1”.

The Flying Dutchmen posted three individual wins, all in field events.

Devlin Caskey won the boys’ high jump after clearing 5’10” and the boys’ triple jump with a jump of 38’6.5”.

Landon Rippy won the boys’ javelin with a throw of 132’3”.
