CEOs Against Cancer chap­ter names Frary its new chair­man

James Frary, ex­ec­u­tive vice pres­i­dent at Amerisourc­e-Ber­gen, has been named chair­man of the CEOs Against Cancer Chap­ter of North Texas.

In this vol­un­teer po­si­tion, Frary will fo­cus on is­sues fac­ing work­ing pro­fes­sion­als from di­verse in­dus­tries across the north­ern half of the state. He will di­rect the newly es­tab­lished North Texas chap­ter to ad­dress cancer’s im­pact on the work­force, in­clud­ing im­prov­ing em­ployee health, work­place pro­duc­tiv­ity and health care costs.

A grad­u­ate of Stan­ford Univer­sity, Frary earned an MBA from Har­vard Busi­ness School. He also serves on sev­eral lo­cal boards.
