Community offers luxury lifestyle for empty nesters
Empty-nesters searching for a new home in 2018 should visit Orchard Flower, a lifestyle community in Flower Mound located near five major freeways and approximately 10 miles from the DFW International Airport. In this gated community of 98 homesites, Grenadier Homes builds upscale designs priced from the upper $300s to the $600s.
“Homeowners love living in a low-maintenance community with amenities geared toward the 55-plus buyer, including social events at the community clubhouse to help neighbors build personal connections. For a limited time, new buyers will receive $20,000 in luxury finishes to personalize their home,” said new home sales counselor Sheryl Green.
“Many people get very
comfortable where they are and don’t understand how great it is to live in a community where you can get anywhere in the metroplex within 30 minutes,” said Green.
“Flower Mound is quickly growing and near new upscale shopping and entertainment and a top-notch medical community.”
Orchard Flower features walking trails, a fruit orchard and an amenity center with a pool, fitness center, lounge and card rooms. The putting green and bocce ball course are new for 2018. In addition, the homeowners’ association takes care of fence maintenance, mowing and the irrigation of front and side yards. Orchard Flower’s HOA fees are some of the lowest of the 55-plus communities in the D-FW metro area, said Green.
“You don't have a big yard, you don't have to maintain a pool and you have the freedom to travel and do more things,” said homeowner Caroline.
Grenadier Homes is a hometown builder that offers buyers luxury features like intricate brick detailing, vaulted ceiling treatments, covered patios and porches and Energy Star certification. Orchard Flower buyers can visit Grenadier’s 12,000-square-foot design center to customize flooring, cabinetry, countertops and appliances during the construction of their home. Grenadier includes guaranteed air conditioning and heating costs for two years and Universal Design ele- ments in every Orchard Flower home, said Green.
