Homes offered in Bluffview, Devonshire
The close-in communities of Devonshire and Bluffview have some of the most sought-after properties in Dallas, according to an Allie Beth Allman & Associates spokesperson. Located between the Park Cities and Love Field, these communities are near shopping and restaurants. Commutes to downtown and other employment centers are short.
Here are four homes the agents of Allie Beth Allman & Associates believe are outstanding buys in these areas.
The five-bedroom modern home at 4430 Taos Road was built by Phillips Jennings Custom Homes. Offered by Brenda Sandoz, the residence features architectural details, a downstairs master suite with a spa-like bath and an upstairs game room with a wet bar.
Erin Mathews is marketing the residence at 5222 Farquhar Lane, which offers three fireplaces, designer paints, wood flooring, delicate textured wallpaper and a master suite with a spa-like bath. The property includes a fountain-fed saltwater pool and a cabana with a fireplace and bath.
Two homes on Pomona Road in the Bluffview neighborhood are on the market.
The new four-bedroom residence at 4406 Pomona was built by Gardner Custom Homes. Listed by Marc Ching, the home has an open floor plan and a large patio with grill.
The three- or four-bedroom home at 4405 Pomona is very livable, said Brenda Sandoz, but could use some cosmetic updating. Sandoz believes the residence presents a great value. The upstairs master suite has a fireplace and sitting area. A game room could be a fourth bedroom.
