Builder opens new model in Craig Ranch community
Grand Homes recently announced the grand opening of its newest model in its McKinney neighborhood of Westminster at Craig Ranch.
“Families will be thrilled to be a part of the nationally acclaimed Frisco Independent School District in this familyfriendly neighborhood,” said Grand Homes sales consultant Deena Ayala.
Offering eight designs, homes in Westminster are priced from the $470s to the $600s and have 2,500 to over 4,000 square feet of openconcept living space. They feature three to five bedrooms and large open kitchens with islands, breakfast bars, a gas cooktop and stainless-steel appliances. Living spaces can be customized to meet different lifestyle needs via Grand’s flexible LifeSpace designs. Examples of this could be an office, nursery, guest suite, man cave, library or mud room.
“The neighborhood showcases TPC Craig Ranch golf course, the Michael Johnson Performance Center, Cooper Fitness Center and Spa, Dr Pepper Star Center for hockey, ball fields, a soccer complex and The Beach at Craig Ranch for volleyball,” said Ayala. “There are jogging trails, seven community parks and playgrounds. Brand-new choices of homesites make this a great time to buy a new home.”
Craig Ranch is between McKinney, Frisco, Allen and Plano. Homeowners are close to business centers, DFW International Airport, events in Dallas, shopping and dining.
To visit Westminster at Craig Ranch from U.S. Highway 75, travel west on Sam Rayburn to Alma Road. Go north on Alma 1 mile to Westminster on the left, just before Stacy.
