Bank of America adds $1M to Bush pledge
Bank of America is pledging an additional $1 million to Dallasbased George W. Bush Institute for leadership development programs targeting global health, economic opportunity, education reform, military support and women’s initiatives. The institute will use the money for its school leadership and scholars initiatives, veterans programs, First Ladies Initiative and Team 43 Sports, which is President George W. Bush’s wounded warriors advocacy organization.
Bank of America previously committed $2.4 million to the institute’s programs.
The institute is the policy arm of the Bush Presidential Center at Southern Methodist University.
