Blue Mesa Grill

At this buf­fet­style brunch, guests can build their plates with items from five food sta­tions: street tacos; break­fast of­fer­ings like omelets and Bel­gian waf­fles; sal­ads and South­west mac and cheese; en­chi­ladas and adobe pie; and desserts in­clud­ing an ice cream sun­dae bar. Nor­mally closed on Sun­days, the French restau­rant has cu­rated a one­day­only menu from chef­owner Bruno Davail­lon and pas­try chef Ric­chi Sanchez, both re­cent James Beard semi­fi­nal­ists. Your meal fea­tures a choice of hors d’oeu­vre and en­tree plus a trip to

the dessert bar. Crú Food and Wine Bar

Build your own three­course Easter brunch at Crú. The Napa­style prix fixe menu in­cludes ap­pe­tizer se­lec­tions such as mini Bel­gian waf­fles and en­trees in­clud­ing herb­roasted lamb loin with Mediter­ranean stuff­ing. The hotel will of­fer a menu of lo­cal and sea­sonal fa­vorites in­clud­ing soft poached eggs with green pea and kale pesto; French toast custard with jam; and shrimp and grits. Each ta­ble will re­ceive seed pack­ets of mint, thyme or rose­mary along with a small terra cotta planter to take home.
