Located 3 miles north of U.S. Highway 380 in Celina, Mustang Lakes is on

The Club at Mustang Lakes was designed using the footprint of the original ranch house, completely repurposed and restored brick by brick. The 12,000squarefoot clubhouse features a stateofthe art fitness center, as well as lounging and event areas with panoramic views. Situated amid a 20acre central park with hiking trails, oak trees and a 5acre stocked lake, the amenity center includes a resortstyle swimming pool with cabanas, amphitheater, playground, island and tennis and basketball courts.
“Our goal has always been to honor the heritage of the land, while creating a vision for future generations,” said Matt Alexander, vice president for Dallasbased Cambridge Companies, developer of Mustang Lakes. “This community has been thoughtfully planned from the amenities to the streetscapes to bring families together.”
Students in Mustang Lakes may attend Prosper schools. An elementary school is planned to open in fall 2020 within the community.
With a recent 500acre purchase of land, the community will have roughly 3,400 homes at buildout, priced from $300,000 to $2 million. Builders will include Britton Homes, Coventry Homes, David Weekley Homes, Perry Homes, Drees Custom Homes, Highland Homes, Dave R Williams and Sharif Munir.
