■ The permanent collection features the Holocaust/shoah Wing, which includes a restored Nazi-era boxcar; the Human Rights Wing, which focuses on how the world progressed in the years after the Holocaust; and the Pivot to America Wing, where the Beyond Tolerance Theater allows visitors to check their own unconsciou­s biases by comparing judgment calls with others.

■ “The Fight for Civil Rights in the South” combines two photograph­y exhibition­s covering the African American struggle for civil rights and social equality in the 1960s — “Selma to Montgomery: Photograph­s by Spider Martin” and “Courage Under Fire: The 1961 Burning of the Freedom Riders Bus.” Through May 31.
