Authorities said Friday that they had arrested a man who tried to grab the service weapon from a district police officer during the attack on the U.S. Capitol. Kyle Young, 37, of Redfield, Iowa, was arrested Wednesday along with Albuquerque Head, 41, of Kingsport, Tenn. Both are accused of assaulting Michael Fanone, an officer who was dragged down the steps of the Capitol and beaten unconscious by the mob. Also indicted was Thomas Sibick, 35, of Buffalo, charged with beating Fanone and stealing the officer’s badge and radio. The indictment, unsealed Wednesday, was made public Friday.
