Warriors Softball Clinic — Warrior for a Day softball clinic, Saturday, Oct. 12 between 9:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. at the Eastern Softball Field. Open to high school players grades 9-12. Baseball Futures Clinic — Fall Futures Clinic, Saturday, Oct. 12 between 1 and 6 p.m. at the Eastern Baseball Stadium. High school players grades 9-12 are eligible to participate. Cost: $125. Clinic is under the direction of first-year head coach Matt LaBranche and his staff and will involve advanced instruction, position play, hitting technique, and instructional games with live at-bats. Golf Lessons — Children’s classes (ages 8-up) will be held on Saturdays from 11 a.m.–noon beginning Sept. 14 or on Sundays from 11 a.m.–noon beginning Sept. 15. Classes run for five weeks and cover the basics of golf: grip, stance, backswing, follow-through, sand shots, chipping and putting. Camp and Fitness Center — Opening the high school fitness center for adults and for weight training for children ages 12-and-up.
