Jose J. Garcia, 39, of 37 Linden St., New London, was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court, and on Tuesday was charged with sixth-degree larceny, thirddegre­e burglary from a motor vehicle and risk of injury to a minor.

Francis T. Omara, 28, of 203 Broad St., No. 2, New London, was charged Tuesday with possession of marijuana and illegal sale of a controlled substance.

Hannah L. Aristidou, 22, of 496 Cow Hill Road, No. 2, was charged Monday with third-degree assault and breach of peace. New London
