Margaret M. Dooley, 50, of 240 Ledyard St., New London, was chargedWed­nesday with second-degree failure to appear in court, third-degree identity theft and identity theft by impersonat­ion.

Joseph Chadukiewi­cz, 27, of 42 Emmit St., Bristol, was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court, violation of probation or conditiona­l discharge, third-degree assault, breach of peace, possession of narcotics, interferin­g with police and criminal impersonat­ion.

Meredith L. Soulia, 34, of 223 B. High St., Westerly, R.I., was Wednesday charged with two counts of third-degree larceny.

JamesWilbu­r, 21, of 127 Willetts Ave., New London, was charged Tuesday with second-degree sexual assault on a victim age 13-16 and risk of injury to a minor.

Kenneth P. Roberts, 48, of 2 Rockwell St., Niantic, was charged Thursday in East Lyme with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to display license plates and failure to equip a motor vehicle with brake lights or turn signals.
