Rayne Young, 31, of 164 Military Highway, Gales Ferry, was charged Thursday with risk of injury to a minor.

Charles E. Potter, 29, of 47 Pleasant St., New London, was charged Thursday with risk of injury to a minor.

Margaret M. Dooley, 50, of 240 Ledyard St., New London, was chargedWednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court, third-degree identity theft and identity theft by impersonation.

Joseph Chadukiewicz, 27, of 42 Emmit St., Bristol, was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court, violation of probation or conditional discharge, third-degree assault, breach of peace, possession of narcotics, interfering with police and criminal impersonation.

Meredith L. Soulia, 34, of 223 B. High St., Westerly, R.I., was Wednesday charged with two counts of third-degree larceny.

JamesWilbur, 21, of 127 Willetts Ave., New London, was charged Tuesday with second-degree sexual assault on a victim age 13-16 and risk of injury to a minor.

Jessica Morgan-Jenkins, 28, of 15H Adelaide Road was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license or registration and failure to maintain minimum insurance coverage.

Kenneth P. Roberts, 48, of 2 Rockwell St., Niantic, was charged Thursday in East Lyme with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to display license plates and failure to equip a motor vehicle with brake lights or turn signals.

Phillip Gomes, 26, of 20 Eagle Ridge Drive, Gales Ferry, was chargedWednesday with conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, sixth-degree larceny, driving with suspended license and/or registration, fifth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny, fourth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fourth-degree larceny.

Joshua Hodges, 29, of 97 Truman St., New London, was charged Thursday with weapons in a motor vehicle and breach of peace.

KayleeWilliams, 22, of 15 Whitney Lane, East Lyme, was charged Thursday with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
