David R. Salen, 69, of 12 Midway Oval, was charged Sunday with first-degree reckless endangerment, third-degree assault, second-degree threatening and risk of injury to a minor.

Gjergji Cumani, 37, of 142 Elm St., No. 2, Worcester, Mass., was charged Sunday with possession of a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia.

Timothy C. Metzger, 31, of 3 Franklin Ave., Phoenixville, Pa., was charged Saturday with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane on a multiple-lane highway, and improper hand signaling for a turn or stopping.

Mayer Bazile, 35, of 173 Route 12, Room 213, was charged Thursday with driving while his license is suspended and driving with a hand-held phone or portable electronic device.

Candace N. White, 29, of 39 Upper Pattagansett Road, East Lyme, was charged Thursday with first-degree failure to appear in court and second-degree failure to appear in court.

Ken Xiong, 30, of 22 Post Office Road, Enfield, was charged Sunday with misuse of vehicle marker plates, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, driving an uninsured motor vehicle and using a cellphone while driving.

Tamyra Bernoudy-Albright, 28, of 67 Hawthorne Drive North, No. 1, was charged Sunday with disorderly conduct and violation of a protective order

Francis Castellanos, 27, 38 Squire St., was charged Sunday with third-degree assault.

Orvin Duarte, 24, of 94 Blackhall St., was charged Sunday with third-degree assault.
