Shawn Barrows, 20, of 30 Sullivan Drive was charged Friday with disorderly conduct and second-degree threatening.

Louis J. Algi, 59, of Middletown was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and misuse of license plates.

Nicole Goddard, 19, of 140 Dunham St., Norwich, was charged Thursday in Montville with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Angel Hernandez, 33, of 6 S. A St., Taftville, was charged Saturday in Lisbon with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, improper parking and driving without a license.

Mariah Hallisey, 21, of 62 Great Neck Road was charged Thursday with third-degree criminal mischief.

Ashley Rochette, 27, of New Britain was charged Thursday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

Vincent Basileo, 22, of 4 Green Valley Lake Road, Old Lyme, was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license or registration, failure to maintain minimum insurance coverage and violation of lamp requirements.

Gene Daniels, 48, of 65 Vivan St. was charged Friday with fourth-degree sexual assault.
