Dameon Shaw-Small, 22, of 15 Cape Ann Court, New London, was charged Friday with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drugs near a school or day care, illegal sale of a controlled substance, distribution of a controlled substance within 1,500 feet of a school and use of drug paraphernalia.

Irma A. Shepherd Bryan, 45, of 26 Russ Sims Heights was charged Friday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Kimberly E. Napier, 21, of 26 Russ Sims Heights was charged Friday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Sarah Mazzetti, 29, of Wallkill, N.Y., was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.
