Groton Town Christophe­r Buehler, 38, of 41 Pearl St. was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and evading responsibi­lity.

George E. Perkins III, 56, of 72 Oakwood Knoll, Norwich, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Jose I. Zamora, 34, of 38 Squire St., New London, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a suspended license and driving the wrong way on a divided highway.

Abdiel Rafael Rodriguez-Rosa, 19, of 84 Boulder Drive, New London, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving without a license, failure to drive right, criminal impersonat­ion and violation of a protective order.

New London Meghan Kucher, 35, of 16 Jay St., was charged Saturday with risk of injury to a minor and interferin­g with a police officer.

Stonington Wayne Williams, 27, of 67 Tift St., Jewett City, was charged Thursday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

Brenda L. Galli, 58, of 11 Canary St., Pawcatuck, was charged Thursday with third-degree assault.

Arthur T. Carron III, 54, of 248 High St., Groton, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a suspended license and evading responsbil­ity.

Joy A. Forand, 45, of 11 Pond St, unit 3, Westerly, was charged Saturday with third-degree identity theft.

Patricia H. Smith, 36, of 29 Acorn Drive, Westerly, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Waterford Kristie Lee, 36, of 941 Vauxhall St. Extension, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license and travelling unreasonab­ly fast for conditions.

Eric Johnson, 24, of 1 Reed Ave., was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.
