Groton City Joseph Fitzgerald, 35, of 548 Thames St., Apt. 1, was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Groton Town Lucas Dudley, 19, of 124 Hickory Drive was charged Sunday with third-degree criminal trespass.

Norwich Sean Ryan McLarrin, 23, of 185 Washington St. was charged Thursday with cruelty to animals.

Craig Cuffrey Jr., 28, of West Hartford was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Edward D. Cochran, 35, of 111 Old Jewett City Road, Preston, was charged Saturday with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct, third-degree criminal mischief, interfering with a police officer and assault on a police officer.

Sean Warren, 25, of 103 Prospect St. was charged Saturday with third-degree burglary, second-degree criminal trespass, third-degree criminal mischief and interfering with a police officer.

Lucas Adisson, 18, of 21 Ripley Place, Apt. B, was charged Saturday with second-degree criminal trespass, third-degree burglary and fifth-degree larceny.

Jelani O. Fletcher, 37, of 7 Colony Court was charged Saturday with failure to have lights lit, failure to drive right, driving with a suspended license, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and second-degree failure to appear in court.

Marcus Lamon, 23, of 261 Boswell Ave. was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license, failure to obey a stop sign, second-degree failure to appear in court and failure to respond to an infraction.

David T. Potter, 20, of 187 Broad St., first floor, was charged Tuesday with breach of peace, interfering with a police officer and two counts of assault on a police officer.

State Police — Montville Dustin Burr, 23, of 35 Warren St., New London, was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Wanda Rivera, 38, of 338 Jeffrey Road, Apt. D, Windham, was charged Monday with violation of a protective order.

Stonington Robert Ensign, 26, of Providence was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving with a suspended license.

Jose Martinez, 36, of Pawtucket, R.I., was charged Tuesday with first-degree criminal trespass and breach of peace.
