Groton Town Stephen M. Rogers, 59, of 13 Canterbuy Road, Mystic, was charged Sunday with third-degree criminal trespass.

Justus S. Hoyt, 54, of Clarks Summit, Pa., was charged July 23 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane on a multiple-lane highway.

Norwich Arthur Webb, 24, of 21 Greenman Ave., No. 3, Westerly, was charged Sunday with first-degree failure to appear in court.

Joshua Gluck, 24, of 200 Dow Road, Plainfield, was charged Sunday with interfering with a police officer, fifth-degree larceny by possession, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, misuse of plates and failure to drive right.

Old Lyme Gerald Karpuska, 29, of 306 Canty Lane, Old Lyme, was charged July 13 in Old Lyme with breach of peace, interfering with an emergency call and third-degree assault. State Police — Montville Phong H. Tran, 28, of Revere, Mass., was charged Monday in Ledyard with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and improper parking.

Megan Dydo, 27, of 15 Palmer Ave., Jewett City, was charged Saturday in Preston with possession of drug paraphernalia and illegal possession of narcotics.

Savannah Sheppard, 29, of 201 W. Main St., Niantic, was charged July 27 in East Lyme with threatening, third-degree strangulation and third-degree assault.

Brett M. Fensley, 23, of Canterbury was charged July 19 in Montville with violation of probation.

State police — Westbrook Gese Rodriguez-Cruz, 34, of 47 Grassy Hill Road, Old Lyme, was charged July 25 in Old Lyme with reckless driving, driving with a suspended license and failure to maintain the proper lane.

Jenna I. Bogdan, 34, of Meriden was charged July 22 in Old Lyme with driving with a suspended license, using a cellphone while driving and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Waterford Albert Adams, 29, of 321 Pequot Ave., New London, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Bruce Grisafe, 43, of 205 Old Colchester Road, Montville, was charged Sunday with sixth-degree larceny and possession of a controlled substance.

Sarah Dahm, 26, of 123 Connecticut Ave., New London, was charged Sunday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Joseph Duarte, 64, of 1 Spithead Road was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.
