Jonathan Gardiner, 31, of 234 Fitchville Road, Bozrah, was charged Saturday in Griswold with possession of drug parapherna­lia, illegal sale of a controlled substance by a nondrug-dependent person, distributi­on of a controlled substance within 1,500 feet of a school, possession of marijuana and breach of peace.

Enrique Perez, 33, of 2333 32nd St., Apt. B2, Astonia, N.Y., was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane on a multiple-lane highway.
