Alexander Wiggins, 30, of no certain address was charged Friday with two counts of third-degree larceny.

Robert Porter, 47, of 325 Huntington St. was charged Friday with interfering.

Gerard Marcel Chandler, 28, of 325 Huntington St. was charged Friday with failure to appear in court and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Demetrius Davis, 34, of 229 Boswell Ave., Norwich, was charged Saturday with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Nasreen Hyde, 39, of 248 Haley Road, Ledyard, was charged Saturday with violation of probation.

Frederick Eaton, 37, of 282 Central Ave. was charged Friday with violation of probation.

Selvin Giron-Madoza, 32, of 317 Route 165, Preston, was charged Saturday with operating a motor vehicle without a license.
