Groton Town Michelle E. Ross, 26, of North Attleborough, Mass., was charged Friday with first-degree failure to appear in court.

New London Danielle Josiah, 32, of 17 Trumbull Road, Waterford, was charged Sunday with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Shawn A. Guess, 53, of 17 Alger St., Apt. 2, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Kevin Murphy, 21, of 257 Maple Ave., Uncasville, was charged Saturday with violation of a protective order, second-degree unlawful restraint, interfering with a police officer and disorderly conduct.

Scott Kessler, of no known address, was charged Saturday with second-degree breach of peace.

Stonington Paul D. Branesky Jr., 46, 12 Cleveland St., Pawcatuck, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Matthew Behan, 33, of Ashaway, R.I., was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to signal a turn.

Waterford Gabriel Benjamin, 26, of 1 Hayes St. was charged Sunday with breach of peace.
