Kerry Wilson, 50, of 15 Warren St., New London, was charged May 7 with breach of peace.

State Police — Montville Ronald E. Fowler, 21, of 5 Pleasant St., Westerly, R.I., was charged Monday in Griswold with third-degree burglary, third-degree larceny and conspiracy.

Angelica Russell, 29, of 201 W. Main St., East Lyme, was charged May 11 in East Lyme with being a fugitive from justice.

Stephen Mills, 32, of 495 Laurel Hill Road, No. 14G, Norwich, was charged Saturday in Montville with second-degree failure to appear in court, driving an unregister­ed motor vehicle, driving with a refused or suspended license or registrati­on, possession of drug parapherna­lia and possession of less than a half ounce of marijuana.

Dustin G. Holst-Grubbe, 20, an inmate at the Northern Correction­al Institutio­n, was charged Friday in Preston with using a motor vehicle or vessel with owner’s permission by fraud, fourth-degree larceny and credit card theft.

Li Guang Lin, 58, of Brooklyn, N.Y., was charged Friday in Norwich with first-degree failure to appear in court.

Darryl D. Edwards, 39, incarcerat­ed at the Corrigan-Radgowski Correction­al Institutio­n, was charged Friday in Montville with illegal possession of narcotic, possession of a controlled substance and conveying an unauthoriz­ed item into an institutio­n.

Sheila Mansolf, 72, of Uncasville, was charged May 8 in Montville with conspiracy to commit second-degree failure to appear in court.

Norwich Joshua Berkhalter, 30, of 89 Ledgewood Road, North Stonington, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to renew his license.

Michelle Loubier, 59, of 27 Harland Place was charged Sunday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Brenda Colon, 34, of 53 River St., Baltic, was charged Sunday with failure to obey red light, misuse of plates, driving an unregister­ed motor vehicle, driving without insurance and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Jeffrey Holland, 31, of 48 South A St., Apt. 2B, was charged Sunday with three counts of second-degree failure to appear in court and two counts of first-degree failure to appear in court.

Mignola Beausejour, 30, of 95 Cliff St., Apt. 2, was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court and third-degree assault.

Darius Armour, 25, of Atlanta, Ga., was charged Monday with third-degree assault.

Ian Mills, 28, of 16 Penobscot St. was charged Monday with second-degree larceny and sixth-degree larceny.

Matthew C. Bishop, 29, of 178 Liberty St., Apt. 2, Pawcatuck, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Waterford Stephanie Juber, 30, of 7 Ventura Drive, Oakdale, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, evading responsibi­lity, driving an unregister­ed motor vehicle and failure to drive in the proper lane.
