Rocky A. Laurent, 39, of 344 Boswell Ave. was charged in Norwich Friday with illegal possession of narcotics.

Shiesha Small, 29, of 263 Ledyard St., New London, was charged Friday in Montville with driving with a suspended license, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in proper lane, second-degree larceny of a motor vehicle, second-degree false statement, interfering with an officer.
