Lisa Grenon, 38, of no certain address was charged Thursday with driving under suspension, failure to obey a traffic signal, failure to obey an officer’s signal and interferin­g with an officer.

Shaun O. Jackson, 28, of 600 Meridian St. Ext., No. 701, was charged Wednesday with disorderly conduct and second-degree unlawful restraint.

New London

Diego Lobos, 35, of 225 Broad St., No. 2, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a suspended license or registrati­on, failure to maintain minimum insurance coverage and failure to drive right.

Jared L. Ciara, 25, of Pittsburgh was charged Thursday with first-degree failure to appear in court and second-degree failure to appear in court.

Stonington

John E. Jacobson, 30, of 28 Huntington St., Apt. 2, Pawcatuck, was charged Wednesday with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.

Spencer Daniel, 26, of 12 Michael Road, New London, was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license and failure to drive at a reasonable distance.

Francis Estelle, 50, of Westerly was charged Wednesday with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug parapherna­lia.

Matthew Gendron, 58, of 40 Antonino Road, Groton, was charged Wednesday with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug parapherna­lia.

Louis Nieves, 25, of 328 W. Main St., Norwich, was charged Wednesday with interferin­g with an officer.

William Madore, 42, of 407 Boston Post Road was charged Wednesday with driving an unregister­ed vehicle, misuse of license plates and failure to maintain minimum insurance coverage.
