Lisa Grenon, 38, of no certain address was charged Thursday with driving under suspension, failure to obey a traffic signal, failure to obey an officer’s signal and interfering with an officer.

Shaun O. Jackson, 28, of 600 Meridian St. Ext., No. 701, was charged Wednesday with disorderly conduct and second-degree unlawful restraint.

New London

Diego Lobos, 35, of 225 Broad St., No. 2, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a suspended license or registration, failure to maintain minimum insurance coverage and failure to drive right.

Jared L. Ciara, 25, of Pittsburgh was charged Thursday with first-degree failure to appear in court and second-degree failure to appear in court.

Stonington

John E. Jacobson, 30, of 28 Huntington St., Apt. 2, Pawcatuck, was charged Wednesday with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.

Spencer Daniel, 26, of 12 Michael Road, New London, was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license and failure to drive at a reasonable distance.

Francis Estelle, 50, of Westerly was charged Wednesday with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Matthew Gendron, 58, of 40 Antonino Road, Groton, was charged Wednesday with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Louis Nieves, 25, of 328 W. Main St., Norwich, was charged Wednesday with interfering with an officer.

William Madore, 42, of 407 Boston Post Road was charged Wednesday with driving an unregistered vehicle, misuse of license plates and failure to maintain minimum insurance coverage.
